Come learn about the seller’s perspective on the acquisition process.

Austin's largest SMB search club will be visiting Blue Owl Brewing to hear from two successful SMB sellers:

• Jeff Young, previous owner of Blue Owl, about what its recent acquisition looked like and how he took a unique approach to the sale process by transferring its EIDL loan.
• Raj Mahajan of Jaan Capital about the pros, cons, and availability of location-independent businesses based on his extensive experience. This is especially relevant for Austin-based searchers, given the shortage of businesses for sale in central Texas.
